LightBox TV has been formed to restore TV planning and buying, developing the first independent management solution for marketers and media buyers running addressable TV advertising campaigns in connected TV (CTV) environments. The LightBox TV Platform, provides planners and media buyers with the tools needed to effectively manage connected TV campaigns across an expanding and fragmented TV ecosystem.

Having launched our MVP in-market, and secured funding for the next phases of development, it is an exciting time to join our business for those that dream to grow their careers with a company as it scales. We are looking for a Commercial Director, who is a team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed.

• Excellent understanding of agency dynamics
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and forecast revenue
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment 
• A passion for public speaking and presenting 
• Can-do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm
• Experience of driving new business units
• Willingness to increase exposure of the LightBox TV brand 
• Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that is rapidly growing

The role will:

• Work towards our agency partnership and revenue targets
• Engage agencies and raise the awareness of LightBox TV 
• Develop and manage pipeline, and accurately forecast 
• Represent LightBox TV and participate at industry events
• Keep on top of market developments to support product and strategy 
• Provide accelerated career development through exposure to a growing business
